Today my father told me that it was 'about time' I decided what I wanted to do with my life. I told him that I didn't have any idea, and that I would think about it. I know I need to think about what I want to do as I need to decide soon if I am going to go to university or college. I know I want to work with people, and I'm not sure I would be happy working in an office all day. I think I'm quite an organised person but sometimes i find it hard to make decisions, a bit like this ...

I can't believe it. I am GROUNDED – I am not allowed to leave the house. Thanks Mum. It's because I was in trouble again at school. I was talking to my friend in mathematics. But it was important! I was feeling depressed, but then I found this quote: Power can be taken, but not given. The process of taking is empowerment itself. Gloria Steinem - US Feminist That is what I want! To have power over my life... Do you like this quote? Do you know more good quotes? ...

Drama Ties called on the help of a French actor to record the voice of the Judge, for the Court Scene in ShakesPod. Do you think it sounds like he knows what he's doing? Thanks anyway to Les Demi-Frères, Laurent Conoir, and Mehdi Bourayou : visit their blog and see a video of their show on youtube.

I've recently been borrowing my brother's Ipod and now I'm going to save up to get one of my own! It's so useful! Every time I need some time to think or some time to myself, I can put on my Ipod (well, my brother's ipod!) and shut out the world. I've been making some 'playlists' and thought I would share with you a playlist of my favourite songs to listen to at the moment: My Playlist 1 - White Flag - Dido 2 - Put Your Records On - Corinne Bailey Rae 3 - Anything ...

Samuel Aden is a student at the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris How did you come up with the ideas for the ShakesPod set ? The starting point was Jeff’s (Jeffrey Bracco, director) desire to reflect the stage of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London. The actors enter and exit upstage, and downstage are two large columns. I’ve organised the space by representing the upstage area with panels, which enclose a small interior acting area, and the columns are represented by a ...

The questions • In what ways do you think Shakespeare is interesting to young people today? • How did the idea of making a special Shakespeare 'play list' come about? • How did you link your story to all the different plays of Shakespeare that you've used? • Does the story draw upon any of your own personal ...
