Definition of the musicothérapie and the psycho-musical technics. The music therapy, it is the use of the music with a therapeutic aim. But this therapy is not new. Already the ancients foresaw the quasi magic capacities of the sound effects and musical on the men. Nowadays, the musicothérapie is the object of serious scientific work which enabled him to take seat in many Hospital complexes like therapeutic complementary or with whole share. One distinguishes two modes from approaches: 1. The receptive musicothérapie where the subject listens to a sound program established after a psychological maintenance and a test of musical receptivity. The sound program is established according to the age, of the musical culture and the psychological problems of the patient. By techniques of relieving under musical induction, one manages to improve the states of anguish, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia like treating various psychosomatic diseases. 2. The active musicothérapie is more centered on sound productions or the work of the voice to facilitate the communication with adults or children in great difficulty (psychotics, autistic, for example). The subject is expressed by the means of the music and the sound. The musicothérapie makes it possible to acquire a better knowledge of its body and facilitates the relation with the others. The musicothérapie thus constitutes a communication and means of expression when all the others are not enough any more or are impossible.... It can then represent a new approach and support the sensory development, play the part of emotional valve, constitute a mental stimulation and a means of socialization. The techniques psychomusicales, they are the uses of the sound, of the music, in a goal which is not the study of the music exclusively or the training of an instrument, but more generally a means of helping a person in difficulty, at one precise moment. Form part of the techniques psychomusicales: Methods of relaxation and relieving under musical induction, analgesia by the sound, music (in dental surgery, obstetrics...), the use of the music for rehabilitations in kinesitherapy, psychomotricity, orthoepy, etc....
